The Global Academy of Technology admission 2023 to B.Tech courses are done on the basis of KCET or COMEDK 2023 for engineering courses. COMEDK-2023 seat allotment is done in multiple rounds. For the GM candidates, the COMEDK 2023 round 2 seat allotment list is out. As per the schedule, the online reporting for decision-making and fee payment has begun. It will continue till August 12, 2023, 4 pm. The physical reporting to Global Academy of Technology for accept and freeze GM candidates has started and will end on August 14, 2023, 12 pm. Global Academy of Technology Eligibility Criteria for 2022
- The minimum eligibility criteria for taking admission in any GAT undergraduate courses is qualifying 10+2 or any other equivalent examination.
- The minimum criteria for taking admission in any GAT postgraduate courses is having a graduation degree.
For MBA Admissions
- The candidates interested in taking GAT admission in this course must qualify in one of the entrance examinations like CAT/XMAT/MAT/CMAT.
- The candidates must have a valid bachelor’s degree in any courses like BBA, B. Com, BA., B.Sc.
- The candidates must also secure at least 50% marks in their bachelor’s degree.
- The candidates who belong to the reserved categories like S.C., S.T., and Category-I are expected to score at least 45% marks in their bachelor’s degree.
- The candidates are also expected to have a valid score/rank in PGCET/KMAT.
For MTech Programs
- The candidates interested in taking admission in this course must have a valid B. Tech degree in any discipline.
- The candidates must obtain at least 50% marks in their bachelor’s degree.
- The candidates who belong to the reserved categories like S.T., SC, and Category-I are expected to obtain at least 45% marks in their bachelor’s degree.
- The candidates are also expected to have a valid score in GATE or a rank in PGCET to get admission under Government Quota.
For MSc Programs
- Candidates interested in doing research are expected to have a valid BE/ B.Tech degree from VTU or any other well-recognized board.
- The candidates must score at least 60% marks in their bachelor’s degree.
- According to the Government of Karnataka, SC/ST category students are offered a relaxation of 10%.
For BE/B.Tech Admissions
- The candidates interested in taking admission to the Global Academy of Technology under this undergraduate course need to have a minimum qualification of class 12. The students must have qualified for their 10+2 or any other equivalent examination.
- It is mandatory for the candidates to score a minimum of 45% marks in subjects like Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry/ Computer Science,/and Electronics.
- The candidates can belong from any board.
Eligibility Criteria under Government Quota
The candidates who want to seek admission to the Global Academy of Technology, Bangalore, under the government quota must keep the following things in mind before applying:
- They must have studied in any of the institutions under the state government of Karnataka for a minimum tenure of seven years, either continuously or discretely.
- They must have appeared for or qualified in any one of the exams like SSLC/10th Standard/12th Standard/2nd PUC from any of the institutions under the state government of Karnataka.
- If not the candidate, then the candidate's parents are expected to have studied in any well-recognized educational institute under the state government of Karnataka for a tenure of seven years at least.
- For the candidates who have repeated a standard or have taken more than a year in one class, the period of qualifying for that respective class will be calculated as one year.
